Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
3-5 years experience as a Financial Manager within the motor industry
Proficiency in industry-specific accounting software and tools Evolve - advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Valid unendorced drivers licence
Clear criminal record
Clear credit record

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the financial operations of the dealership.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes.
Manage relationships with financial institutions and other stakeholders.
Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
