This role is ideally suited to a hands-on finance professional with strong dealership accounting experience and a thorough understanding of Autoline Dealer Management System (DMS). Detail: Description: Manage the dealership's full financial function. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Oversee general ledger, journals and balance sheet reconciliations. Manage month-end and year-end financial processes. Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts. Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts. Ensure accurate processing of debtors, creditors and cashbook functions. Review and approve daily banking and payment processes. Ensure accurate VAT, PAYE and statutory submissions. Liaise with auditors and assist during annual audits. Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls. Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer requirements and statutory regulations. Analyse financial performance and provide recommendations to management. Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric). Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or National Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field (advantageous). Minimum 5 years' experience in a Financial Manager or Senior Accountant role within the automotive dealership industry. Previous experience using Autoline DMS is essential. Strong knowledge of South African accounting principles and financial legislation. Experience preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports. Strong understanding of VAT, PAYE, SARS compliance and statutory reporting. Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
