- CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable)
- B Degree and Honours Degree
- 5+ years post-articles experience
- 5+ years in a senior finance management leadership role
- 810+ years' finance leadership experience within the property/real estate industry
Essential Experience
- Managing large property portfolios and driving asset performance
- Funding negotiations, banking relationships, and debt restructuring
- Investor reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Executive committee and Board reporting
- Financial strategy, governance, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial decision-making
- Leading and developing high-performing finance teams
Systems Experience: Experience on one or more of the following ERP systems is highly advantageous:
• MDA Property Manager • MRI Software • Yardi • SAP FI/CO This role is ideal for a commercially astute finance executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys influencing strategic business outcomes while ensuring sound financial governance.
