As Financial Director, you will be the financial steward of the company, responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving business performance through insightful financial leadership
Duties
• Lead and manage all aspects of financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting • Ensure regulatory compliance within the insurance sector, including IFRS 17 and other relevant frameworks • Provide financial insight and analysis to support strategic decision-making • Oversee financial controls, risk management, and internal audit processes • Drive cost efficiencies and maximize return on financial assets Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant CA (SA) Experience:
- At least 10 years of progressive financial experience, with a minimum of 5 years at senior leadership level
- Proven exposure to the insurance industry deep knowledge of insurance financial models, risk frameworks, and compliance standards
