Detail: This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving financial controls, process improvements, compliance, and team performance. Responsibilities will include: Oversee the full finance function across the Group. Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring accountability and high performance. Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting processes. Implement and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures. Review journals, reconciliations, VAT, and statutory compliance. Oversee cash flow, treasury, and accounts payable functions. Manage the annual audit process and financial statement preparation. Support the Head of Finance with financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. Minimum Requirements: Postgraduate qualification CA(SA), SAIPA, ACCA or CIMA (preferred) 5 years' experience as a Finance Manager Strong leadership and people management skills Advanced Excel and financial systems experience MDA experience will be advantageous Apply now!
