Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to provide overall financial leadership for the region while partnering with Procurement and Operational Management to drive sound financial decision-making and business performance . Similar experience within the Manufacturing sector is essential. Detail: Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports. Manage financial controls, budgeting, forecasting and month-end/year-end processes. Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, Customs, IFRS and company policies. Oversee debtors, creditors, fixed assets and stock control processes. Stock management essential Support commercial and operational decision-making through financial analysis. Lead and develop the regional finance team. Manage CAPEX applications, weekly flash reporting and payment processes. Ensure the integrity of financial systems and continuous process improvement. Minimum Requirements BCom or equivalent Commercial Degree. Minimum 5 years' financial management experience. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. ERP experience (JD Edwards advantageous). CA(SA) or CIMA qualification will be advantageous. Valid Code 8 Driver's Licence.
