Duties
Perform financial accounting functions in line with IFRS and company policies
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Manage intercompany reconciliations and recharge processes
Review balance sheet reconciliations and process journals
Prepare management accounts and conduct trend analyses
Analyze financial results against budgets and support budget formulation
Coordinate audits and implement corrective actions
Work proficiently in Microsoft Excel and relevant accounting systems
Support and motivate the accounting team to meet tight deadlines and operational goals
Requirements
A three-year financial qualification (e.g., BCom / IAC / CCA)
Professional registration – ACCA and/or IAC
Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar accounting role
Solid understanding of IFRS and management accounting
Knowledge of income tax and budgeting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
