The business manages a diversified portfolio and is focused on delivering sustainable financial and operational performance.We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager who will take responsibility for the day-to-day financial management of the business while providing meaningful commercial insights to senior leadership.Key Responsibilities: Financial Management & Strategy: Direct all daily accounting, bookkeeping, and cash flow operations across the property portfolio.Reporting & Compliance: Oversee group consolidations across multiple entities, prepare comprehensive monthly management packs, and ensure strict adherence to IFRS & technical accounting standards.Executive Partnership: Analyse financial performance to deliver strategic insights and present results to Executive Management and the EXCO.Leadership & Collaboration: Manage, mentor, and develop members of the finance team.
