Join an established business in a commercially influential finance role where your insights will help shape business decisions. Working closely with the Financial Manager, CFO, directors and teams across sales, operations and supply chain, you’ll go beyond reporting to influence pricing, profitability and performance.
This is an opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to gain executive exposure, influence strategic decisions and build a platform for future career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales, marketing, operations and supply chain to improve commercial performance
- Lead financial forecasting, pricing analysis and regional financial planning
- Build financial models, data tables and Power BI dashboards to support decision-making
- Analyse revenue drivers, cost structures, sales acquisition costs and profit margins
- Deliver actionable insights and challenge business performance through engagement with senior stakeholders
Job Experience & Skills Required
- BCom in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial analysis, commercial finance or management accounting
- Proven FMCG experience is essential
- CIMA qualified or studying towards it is strongly advantageous
- Strong SAP and Power BI proficiency
- Strong financial modelling, analytical and forecasting capabilities
- Commercially astute, proactive and confident engaging with senior management
- Able to translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations
