Join a leading business services organisation that forms part of a prominent JSE-listed group, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will play a key role in supporting business performance through budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and insightful analysis.
Duties
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and financial plans
- Perform detailed financial and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions
- Analyse financial performance and identify key trends, risks and opportunities
- Provide meaningful management reporting and insights
- Partner with stakeholders to support business planning and decision-making
- Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting
Education and experience
- CA(SA) or CIMA
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role (post articles)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- A genuine passion for FP&A and using financial information to drive business performance
