Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements
- BCom Degree with a strong accounting or finance background
- 3-5 years' relevant experience
- Experience in Financial Analysis and/or Management Accounting
- Insurance industry experience advantageous but not essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with profitability and product portfolio analysis
- Exposure to financial modelling
- SQL experience advantageous
- Power BI experience advantageous
- Passion for automation and process improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse financial performance and identify key business trends
- Conduct profitability and product portfolio analysis
- Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare management reports and performance dashboards
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
- Drive automation and reporting improvements
- Work closely with business units to enhance profitability and efficiency
- Assist with ad hoc financial and commercial analysis
