Job description
- Analyse financial and operational performance data
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare management reports and performance dashboards
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations
- Monitor business performance against key financial metrics
- Support strategic planning initiatives
- Evaluate trends and identify potential risks and opportunities
- Prepare ad hoc financial analysis for stakeholders
- Assist with process improvement and reporting enhancement initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2-5 years' of Financial Analysis, FP&A or Commercial Finance experience
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with large datasets
Qualification
- BCom Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degree
- CIMA studies advantageous
