Job Description: This position involves:

• Analysing financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities

• Preparing monthly management reports and executive dashboard reporting

• Building and maintaining financial models to support commercial decisions

• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes

• Conducting variance analysis and providing meaningful commentary to leadership

• Developing automated reporting solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility of financial information

• Monitoring project costs and ensuring expenditure aligns with approved budgets and business objectives

• Creating interactive Power BI and Excel dashboards that transform complex financial data into actionable insights

• Supporting month-end reporting processes, project forecasts, and financial control activities

Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years' experience within Financial Analysis, FP&A, Management Accounting, or Commercial Finance

• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capabilities

• Experience working with large data sets and translating findings into business recommendations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Power BI, SQL, SAP, Oracle, or similar reporting systems (advantageous)

Qualification

• CA(SA), ACMA, CGMA, CIMA, SAIPA, or SAICA articles
