As a Personal Financial Advisor operating within the FNB branch environment, you will leverage a strong brand, established client ecosystem, referral opportunities and digital tools to deliver holistic investment and life insurance solutions.

What You Will Do
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and develop personalised financial plans.
- Recommend appropriate investment, insurance and wealth solutions aligned to client objectives and risk profiles.
- Engage customers within FNB branches to build meaningful advice driven relationships.
- Convert qualified opportunities and referrals into new business.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing engagement and financial reviews.
- Achieve agreed sales, activity, AUM and API targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and advice documentation.
- Adhere to FAIS requirements, internal governance standards and regulatory obligations.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have the following
- Minimum 3 – 5 years financial advisory experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
- Demonstrated sales experience in risk and investment products.
- Experience operating in a bank, insurer, or tied advisory environment.
- Exposure to mass market or emerging affluent client segments.
- FSCA-recognised FAIS qualification NQF Level 5 or higher.
- Regulatory Examination RE5 completed.
- Fully Fit & Proper compliant FAIS for applicable investment and long-term insurance categories - 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.14 and 1.20.
- Fully authorised not under supervision for required FAIS subcategories.
- Completed Class of Business COB: Investments, Long-Term Insurance, Pension Fund Benefits
