Financial Administrator

• Prepare and consolidate financial reports, including maintaining, updating, and compiling Group Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• Prepare and review petty cash reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Perform monthly stock uploads and validate inventory-related transactions.
• Compile and contribute to Executive Committee (Exco) monthly reporting packs.
• Raise and process Accounts Payable (AP) invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Create and maintain General Ledger (GL) accounts in accordance with financial reporting requirements.
• Load and process supplier and other approved payments through the banking system.
• Raise requisitions and ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval processes.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial records.
• Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting requirements.
• Support the integrity of financial data through regular reconciliations and review processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial information and reporting.

Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
• BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting;
• Financial Reporting & Consolidation
