Ideal Profile

• Completed SAICA, SAIPA, CIMA, or equivalent articles/training programme.

• Qualified CA (SA), or SAIPA or CIMa

• Experience within retail, FMCG, wholesale, manufacturing, or distribution environments.

• Strong understanding of inventory management, stock control, stock reconciliations, and stock forecasting .

• Experience with product costing, cost analysis, margin reporting, and profitability assessments .

• Exposure to management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting .

• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to support business decision-making.

• Experience identifying process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.

• Advanced Excel skills and ERP exposure (SAP, Syspro, Oracle, Pastel, Sage, or similar).

• Ability to work closely with operations, procurement, warehousing, and senior leadership teams.
