Finance & Operations Manager
Location: Southern Suburbs, Cape Town Salary: R80,000 – R70,000 CTC per month Industry: Retail | Wholesale | Imports | Distribution

We are recruiting for an established and growing wholesale business seeking a dynamic Finance & Operations Manager to drive financial performance, optimise business systems and improve operational efficiencies.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, solutions-driven professional who enjoys combining finance, technology and people leadership to make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee financial management, reporting, budgeting, cash flow and profitability.
- Lead and develop the finance team, driving accountability and performance.
- Optimise ERP systems, improve workflows and introduce automation.
- Strengthen financial controls, inventory management, import costings and operational processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve margins, productivity and business efficiency.
- Partner with executive management to drive commercial and operational improvements.
