- Accountable for Technical Accounting IFRS, Financial Information, and financial governance. Ensures accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, effective planning, and high-quality financial insight to support strategic decision-making and sustainable business performance.
Requirements
- Accountable for IFRS technical accounting, statutory reporting, and financial disclosures.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Establish and maintain finance policies, controls, and governance frameworks.
- Oversee expenditure, capital investment governance, and financial performance.
- Lead audit, compliance, and financial risk management activities.
- Provide strategic financial insight and decision support to leadership.
- Lead, develop, and optimise finance talent, systems, and processes.
Qualification
- Chartered Accountant CASA or equivalent preferred.
Experience
- 10+ years' experience in financial leadership and technical accounting.
- Manufacturing experience with a proven track record of leading teams
Technical Skills
- Expert IFRS and financial reporting knowledge.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and ERP proficiency.
