An Executive Finance Leadership Opportunity Join a well-established, family-owned leader in the electrical and industrial sector where finance is a key driver of business success. As Finance Manager, you'll be a member of the Executive Committee (EXCO), working hand in hand with the CA(SA) Finance Director to provide commercial leadership, influence strategic decisions and lead an established finance team. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining operational finance with strategic business partnering across the organisation. You'll oversee financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, compliance, internal controls and team leadership, while driving continuous improvement and supporting business growth. The current Finance Manager has been promoted within the group, ensuring a comprehensive handover and a smooth transition into the role. We're looking for someone who:

• Has 5-8+ years' progressive finance experience, including leading a finance team.
• Holds a BCom, BCompt or equivalent finance qualification.
• Has completed SAICA or SAIPA articles (advantageous).
• Does not need to be a CA(SA); however, strong commercial finance leadership experience is essential.
• Comes from an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, wholesale, distribution or similarly operational environment.
• Has experience managing management accounts, audit preparation, internal controls, working capital, cash flow and foreign exchange.
• Thinks commercially and enjoys partnering with operational leaders.
• Is a confident leader who builds accountability, develops people and drives continuous improvement.
