Finance Learner (Graduate Programme)

About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Finance Graduates to join our Finance Graduate Programme. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to gain practical experience in accounting and finance while working alongside experienced finance professionals. The successful candidates will receive hands-on exposure to core finance functions, helping them develop the skills needed to build a successful career in finance. The vacancies exist across multiple Bluespec branches in Sandton, Kempton Park, Wynberg, Randburg, Centurion, Greenstone, Bedfordview and Roodepoort Key Responsibilities Capture and process financial transactions. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Perform bank and account reconciliations. Prepare and maintain financial reports and spreadsheets. Assist with month-end finance processes. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Support audit and compliance activities. Assist with taxation and general finance administration. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information. Perform any other finance-related duties as required. Key Competencies Strong analytical and numerical skills.
