Our client is hiring a Finance Intern to join their team in Somerset West . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance graduate to gain practical experience and develop their skills within a professional finance environment.

This is a 12 month YES Learnership Opportunity. The salary for the role is R7 500,00 Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day finance and accounting administration.

• Capture and process financial transactions accurately.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Assist with reconciliations and checking financial information.

• Prepare and maintain financial records and documentation.

• Assist with invoicing and processing payments.

• Support the finance team with month-end administration.

• Assist with data capturing and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Provide general administrative support to the finance department.

• Perform other finance-related duties as required.

Requirements

• BCom degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field.

• Good computer literacy, particularly MS Excel .

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong willingness to learn and develop.

• Must qualify for the YES (Youth Employment Service) Programme .

• Must be unemployed at the time of placement .

• Must be a South African citizen .
