Oasis Group Holdings is looking for motivated Finance graduates to join our Graduate Financial Advisor Programme in Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban.

This opportunity is ideal for graduates interested in wealth management, financial planning, and building long-term client relationships within a structured, mentorship-driven environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

As a Graduate Financial Advisor, you will be embedded within a professional advisory environment from the outset. Under the mentorship of experienced Financial Advisors, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive client needs analyses and develop tailored financial plans

• Provide clients with sound recommendations across investments and wealth management

• Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships

• Support senior advisors with portfolio management and client reviews

• Attend structured product training and professional development sessions

• Work towards relevant professional and regulatory qualifications

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct

• A results-driven mindset with the ambition to build a client base

• Valid South African ID or work permit

• Valid driver's licence - this is a client-facing role with occasional travel

Advantageous

• Progress toward FAIS compliance or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

• Strong academic performance

• A demonstrable interest in financial planning, investments, or wealth management
