The successful candidate will combine strong technical accounting knowledge with a passion for technology to improve financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, and optimise finance processes. Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal controls to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Identify and implement process improvements through technology, automation, and AI-driven solutions. Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and statutory requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations. Support the optimisation and maintenance of finance systems and processes. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: BCom Degree in Accounting. Experience: Minimum of 5 years' relevant finance and accounting experience. Experience within the IT industry. Previous management or team leadership experience. Demonstrated experience strengthening financial controls and improving finance processes. Skills: Advanced ERP Systems knowledge Advanced Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of technology, automation, and AI within the finance environment. Apply now!
