Start free — we apply for you →This is a strategic and commercially focused role that requires a hands-on, analytical finance professional with strong communication skills and proven retail and distribution experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a strategic finance partner to business units, driving financial insights and decision-making. • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance reviews across operations and sales. • Analyse stock, inventory movements, and product margins to influence supply chain decisions. • Interpret data and generate dashboards using Power BI for operational efficiency. • Prepare and present financial reports to senior stakeholders with clear, data-backed recommendations. • Ensure financial compliance and internal controls across retail and distribution channels. Requirements:
- CA(SA) qualification (essential).
- 2-3 years of post-articles experience in retail, distribution, or FMCG environments.
- Strong understanding of stock, inventory , and supply chain finance.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills able to influence at all levels.
- Energetic, confident, and business-minded with a solutions-driven approach.
