Duties

• Provide detailed performance analysis and insights across departments, with a focus on revenue drivers, cost control, and margin management • Lead and manage the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes; challenge assumptions and support strategic planning • Identify areas of opportunity and risk, and help drive initiatives to optimize profitability • Work together with non-financial stakeholders, bridging the gap between finance and operations • Support month-end processes and deliver timely management reports tailored for executive decision-making Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications:

• A completed finance or accounting degree is essential Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience, ideally with exposure to business partnering
• Solid understanding of the short-term insurance industry is a must-have
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
