Role Description

• This is not a traditional dealership F&I role.
• At WeBuyCars, you work in a high-volume, digitally driven environment where the focus is on conversion, not admin.
• You are allocated to a home branch but can write business across all branches nationally
• You keep your customer, regardless of where they purchase
• You are effectively operating across 20+ dealerships
• Deals can be moved between branches without reapplying with banks
• This creates a significantly larger pipeline, more flexibility, and more opportunity than a traditional setup.

Role Requirements

Minimum Requirements Non-Negotiable

• RE5 Qualification
• Minimum 120 FAIS Credits
• Class of Business completed
• No longer under supervision
• CPD up to date
• Proven experience as an F&I Manager / Business Manager
