Finance Analyst

Our client is seeking a commercially astute Finance Analyst to bring financial insight, cost discipline and performance visibility across a multi-entity operation. This is far more than a reporting position. You'll need to understand the story behind the figures, challenge performance and translate financial information into decisions that make commercial sense.

Where you'll make an impact

• Analyse financial and operational performance across multiple entities, identifying trends, risks, cost pressures and opportunities.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Evaluate product costs, margins and business performance, providing commercial insight beyond the month-end figures.
• Partner with management and operational stakeholders, turning complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.

What you need in your financial toolkit

• CIMA qualification, backed by at least 5 years' relevant experience. • Strong cost and management accounting background, with commercial finance experience in either the FMCG or Automotive industry. • Proven multi-entity exposure and the ability to analyse financial performance across different business units. • Advanced SAP and Power BI skills, with the ability to extract, interpret and present meaningful business intelligence.
