Finance Administrator - Cape Town

Introduction

Itec Cape Town is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting sales team in preparing deal packs to be submitted to the finance house for the financing of our product offering.

• Completing finance applications.

• Assist in getting approval from finance houses.

• Preparing Docusign or hard copy contracts to be signed by the clients.

• Ensuring all other service level agreements/contractual information required from the client is obtained.

• Communicating deal breakdowns to the projects team.

• Assist in the process of receiving pay outs from the finance house for the financed deals once installation has been completed.

• Report to Financial Manager cashflow forecasts from pending payouts.

• Prepare finance contract settlement letters and manage the finance cancellation process with clients.

• Manage and maintain the deal progress reports and report to the Head of Sales.

• Assist Head of Sales in preparing reports on our base, and performance stats from our CRM and quoting systems.

• Maintain current client base with sales staff allocations and the aging of the base.

• Invoicing of all the deals in our accounting system.

• To assist with any ad hoc duties required within job specification as required by Management from time to time.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric certificate.

• Proficient in Office 365.

• Experience working in Dynamics 365/ similar accounting system will be an advantage.

• Knowledge and/or experience with Microsoft CRM will be an advantage.

• Experience within the ICT sales environment.

• Experience within a deal financing/ discounting role.
