Working Hours: Weekdays 05:30 – 16:00 - Weekends: 07:00 – 15:00 (every second weekend) Location: Pretoria-Northern Area, Office-based and on the forecourt Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Valid driver’s licence needed and own transport
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar managerial role (retail/filling station environment would be preferred)
- Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word
Duties will include, but is not limited to
- Manage all operational aspects of the filling station
- Supervise cashiers, pump attendants, and merchandisers
- Oversee stock ordering and inventory control
- Ensure correct capturing and processing of invoices
- Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with company policies
- Manage cash-up procedures and daily reconciliations
- Implement controls to minimize shrinkage and losses
- Provide leadership, training, and performance management to staff
- Ensure excellent customer service on forecourt and in-store
