Key Responsibilities/ Hoofverantwoordelikhede

• Ensure excellent customer service delivery and satisfaction.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.

• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

• Monitor fuel and product inventory levels.

• Order and receive supplies as needed.

• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses.

• Manage budgets and costs.

• Oversee daily operations, including fuel dispensing, store operations, and maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Implement and maintain quality control standards.

• Manage all staff and staff related issues and queries.

• Compiling efficient and effective shift rosters.

• Bestuur begrotings en kostes.

• Hou toesig oor daaglikse bedrywighede, insluitend brandstofverspreiding, winkelbedrywighede en instandhouding.

• Verseker voldoening aan gesondheids- en veiligheidsregulasies.

• Implementeer en handhaaf gehaltebeheerstandaarde.

• Bestuur alle personeel en personeelverwante kwessies en navrae.

• Stel doeltreffende en effektiewe skofroosters saam.

Minimum Requirements/ Minimum Vereistes

• Must have a Grade 12 certificate.

• Any higher tertiary qualification will be to your advantage.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a filling station manager.

• Experience on the Winbranch POS or similar back office system will be advantageous.

• Must be computer literate and be able to use Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Enige hoër tersiêre kwalifikasie sal tot jou voordeel wees.

• Minimum 3 jaar ondervinding as ’n vulstasie-bestuurder.

• Ondervinding met die Winbranch POS of soortgelyke agterkantoorstelsel sal voordelig wees.

• Moet rekenaarvaardig wees en Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) kan gebruik.

• Uitstekende verbale en geskrewe kommunikasievaardighede.

Salary/ Salaris

R30 000 - R45 000 p/m
