- Compliance with all HSE Policies, rules, guidelines and legal requirements withing area of responsibility;
- Promotion of safe working environment and positively contributing to the company HE Pl's and risk reduction strategies
- That HSE competency requirements are enforced within area of responsibility
- Manage the upkeep and conditions of all equipment through thorough pre-use, daily, weekly and monthly inspections
- Prepare and submit timely all HSEQ related reportin
- Manage health and safety, security, emergency systems/procedures, protective clothing requirements and incidents reporting according to company policies and relevant regulations
- Implement and maintain the ONE MAESTRO and Maestro Log System
Activities INTERGRITY:
- Implement and Maintain the Integrity requirements
- Realization and completion of the integrity checks based on the guide of constraints, reports and KPI's
- Downgrade modes requirements and put in place validated downgrade modes safety critical barriers
REPORTING and ADMINISTRATION
- Maintain stock at site effectively by investigating and reporting variances
- Ensure stock is counted 2x daily by 3x different staff and verified between counters and moming vs evening stock
- Ensure MBR is completed accurately with comments, corrections and investigations daily by 2pm
- Manage production planning, production on SAP and production reports
GOVERNANCE and LEGAL
- Comply to appointments
Candidate Profile Qualifications required:
- Engineering Diploma Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Industrial/Chemical
Experience Required
- A minimum of 3 years working experiencing in LPG industry depot operations with supervisory experience
- Knowledge in Logistics Management; Stock Management
- Knowledge of relevant legislation that impacts on LPG distribution and installations for example OHS-ACT, HAZCHEM and relevant SABS regulations
- Excellent Knowledge of SA
Other Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft office proficiency;
- Experience in producing and submitting quality reports as required
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communications skills with strong problem solving, planning, organising and decision making
- Good leadership qualities
- Drivers Licence and own vehicle Required
