Requirements
- National Certificate NQF Level 4; Engineering or Business Administration degree advantageous.
- Minimum 4 years' management experience, preferably in site operations or project management.
- Strong knowledge of engineering products including drives, belting, hydraulics, and VSDs.
- Experience with safety management systems and site compliance.
- Strong project management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to various sites.
- Willingness to work after hours for site breakdown support.
