- To lead, manage, train and grow a team of field sales agents or representatives who sell funeral policies and funeral services door-to-door, within communities and in workplaces, to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications or Skills Required
- Two years or more relevant experience
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong focus on achieving and exceeding set sales goals and targets
- Ability to motivate, coach and manage a team of sales representatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with the funeral industry, including its products, services, sales processes and relevant regulations, would be advantageous
- Valid driver's licence
