Field Agent / Sales Representative

KZN. A well-established company in the clothing manufacturing industry is looking for a motivated Field Agent / Sales Representative to join their growing team. The successful candidate will have 1–3 years' experience in the clothing manufacturing industry , at least 3 years' customer relationship management experience , and a proven ability to build strong client relationships while achieving sales targets. Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular store visits and fittings

Capture and follow up on customer orders

• Promote additional products to increase sales and achieve monthly targets

• Resolve customer queries, returns and quality concerns promptly

• Maintain company equipment, fitting samples and IT assets

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, travel schedules and customer updates

• Support new store rollouts and work closely with internal teams to ensure outstanding orders are completed

Requirements

• Matric

• 1–3 years' experience within the clothing manufacturing industry

• Minimum 3 years' customer relationship management experience

• Product knowledge of clothing

• Advanced Excel and strong computer literacy

• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills

• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to meet sales targets

Valid driver's licence, own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel

• Familiarity with different regions and surrounding areas

• Detail-oriented, driven, productive and a team player
