A well-established company in the clothing manufacturing industry is looking for a motivated Field Agent / Sales Representative to join their growing team. The successful candidate will have 1–3 years' experience in the clothing manufacturing industry , at least 3 years' customer relationship management experience , and a proven ability to build strong client relationships while achieving sales targets. Detail: Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular store visits and fittings Capture and follow up on customer orders Promote additional products to increase sales and achieve monthly targets Resolve customer queries, returns and quality concerns promptly Maintain company equipment, fitting samples and IT assets Prepare weekly and monthly reports, travel schedules and customer updates Support new store rollouts and work closely with internal teams to ensure outstanding orders are completed Requirements: Matric 1–3 years' experience within the clothing manufacturing industry Minimum 3 years' customer relationship management experience Product knowledge of clothing Advanced Excel and strong computer literacy Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to meet sales targets Valid driver's licence, own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel Familiarity with different regions and surrounding areas Detail-oriented, driven, productive and a team player Apply: [email protected] show more...
