REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree: Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing
- Relevant body registration depending on qualification of incumbent
Minimum Experience
- 3-5 years' relevant work experience

DELIVERABLES
- Develop patient recruitment strategies for the facility and implement relevant campaigns that enhances the Hospital's brand and increases community awareness
- Develop a field admission plan to meet monthly, quarterly and annual growth targets
- Ensure the hospital's admissions targets and goals are met and within approved budgets
- Plan, coordinate and execute community outreach initiatives such a health fairs, wellness checks and caregiver support groups
- Conduct regular marketing calls and visits to relevant practices or healthcare institutions with the aim of increasing the overall number of referrals and admissions
- Conduct regular visits with physicians, healthcare providers regarding the facility's rehabilitation services
- Facilitates admissions decisions in collaboration with Therapy and Hospital manager and ensures positive admissions experience for customers, caregivers and families
- Drives patient recruitment programmes for the rehabilitation programme
