Qualifications and Requirements
- Veterinary Degree: BVSc, DVM or equivalent (strongly preferred)
- Minimum 58 years in feedlot management or large-scale livestock operations Strong knowledge of cattle health, nutrition, and feedlot systems
- Proven experience managing teams and operations at scale
- Ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
- Strong interpersonal and reporting capabilities
- Ability to make strategic and operational decisions under pressure
- High level of accuracy in compliance and record-keeping
- Experience with livestock management systems and data analysis tools
