The successful candidate will be responsible for
- Providing professional and effective ICT support to all relevant users with regards to applications, equipment and related infrastructure
- Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining the network, operating systems, application, software and system management tools
- Assisting with the implementation, development, upgrade and subsequent support of all IT business applications

Requirements
Minimum requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in an ICT related field Minimum NQF 5
- 2 years' experience in an ICT support role
- Experience in Microsoft Office software and packages and support
- Experience in Windows Operating Systems which include issue repairs and installation
- Experience in network setups and issue resolution
- Experience in desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets memory modules and peripherals
- Valid driver's licence with access to a vehicle for daily use
- Computer literacy Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Smartsheet
- Willingness to travel across the province
