Cape Town | Contract role | Hybrid Join one of South Africa’s leading Financial Services organisations as a key contributor within an Agile environment. Duties & Responsibilities
Strong skills in requirements elicitation and analysis, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with technical teams are essential for success in this role.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years’ experience working as a Feature Analyst
- At least 5 years’ experience working in an Agile environment. Financial services industry experience would be an advantage
- Current, active experience in feature discovery and refinement, user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, stakeholder workshops, backlog refinement, requirement clarification with Engineering teams, and working with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence and related delivery tools
- A Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field is required. Certifications in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, CBAP or CCBA would be an advantage
