Detail: What we're looking for: SA Local citizen Diploma in Hospitality Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior F&B management role within a 5-star hotel Strong background in luxury hospitality operations Exceptional staff management, coaching, and leadership abilities Proven experience managing large teams across restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service operations Strong understanding of budgets, cost control, stock management, and service standards Ability to drive guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence Professional, well-presented, and service-driven Key responsibilities: Oversee the full Food & Beverage operation across all outlets Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing service team Maintain 5-star service standards and ensure an exceptional guest experience Manage staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management Control food and beverage costs, stock, and supplier relationships Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior management team to deliver seamless operations Please note: Only candidates with recent 5-star hotel Food & Beverage management experience will be considered. show more...
