- We're looking for a hands-on F&B Lead to oversee the Food & Beverage operation at a unique Karoo hospitality destination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain high service standards and ensure smooth daily operations
- Work closely with the General Manager, providing operational and administrative support
- Collaborate with the Reservations & Events Coordinator to ensure seamless guest journeys and successful events
- Manage F&B administration, stock control, cost management and operational procedures
- Ensure attention to detail, consistency and a welcoming atmosphere throughout the guest experience
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong hospitality and F&B operational experience
- Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills
- A natural leader with a hands-on approach
- Guest-focused, professional and passionate about service excellence
- Able to work collaboratively across departments while taking ownership of the F&B operation
