The ideal candidate will be an energetic, hardworking individual with a passion for farming who will be responsible for managing an entire farming unit. Detail: Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) with an agricultural qualification and/or at least 10+ years of experience in fruit cultivation. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Basic computer skills, particularly Excel. Experience in maintaining quality management systems such as Global G.A.P. and SIZA. A technical background relevant to pome fruit cultivation. Responsibilities will include: Managing all production activities associated with the position. Independently managing an entire farming unit and overseeing subordinate staff. Ensuring that production activities are carried out efficiently and according to required standards.
