Start free — we apply for you →Requirements • Grade 12 (Matric) with an agricultural qualification and/or at least 10+ years of experience in fruit cultivation. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Basic computer skills, particularly Excel. • Experience in maintaining quality management systems such as Global G.A.P. and SIZA. • A technical background relevant to pome fruit cultivation. Responsibilities will include:
• Managing all production activities associated with the position. • Independently managing an entire farming unit and overseeing subordinate staff. • Ensuring that production activities are carried out efficiently and according to required standards. The ideal candidate will have to independently manage an entire farming unit, including its employees.
