Minimum requirements
- Matric
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture
- Minimum 5 years' experience in farm management
- Experience in stone fruit farming will be a strong advantage
- Must speak Afrikaans spoken and written
- Proven ability to manage daily farm operations, labour, and production activities
- Strong planning, organisational, and leadership skills
