• Matric • Relevant qualification in Production Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field • Food Safety Certification Requirements
- 3 5 Years' experience as a Factory Manager, Production Manager, or similar role within the FMCG food manufacturing industry.
- Packaging machine experience, from fill to seal
- Mechanical knowledge on bearings, conveyor belts, chains, enrobers, extruders, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a workforce of approximately 200 employees.
- Good understanding of factory maintenance principles and equipment management.
- Sound knowledge of food manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Production reports (yield management).
