Job Overview Supporting the Manager, the Senior Transfer Secretary will handle a busy workload by managing multiple files simultaneously. 5+ years' experience in a similar conveyancing role is essential. Proficiency in GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc, and E4 Training is a must-have. Excellent command of Afrikaans and English, both written and verbal, is required. Duties and Responsibilities We are searching for an experienced and mature Conveyancing Secretary to handle large volumes of files and provide high-quality support services to our clients.Key responsibilities include: Handling large volumes of files in a high-pressure environment (50+ Senior). Providing administrative and secretarial support to the legal team. Communicating effectively with clients in English and Afrikaans. Ensuring all documentation and processes comply with legal requirements. Qualifications and Skills Grade 12 and a related diploma will be advantageous. 5 years of experience in a similar role is a prerequisite. Proficiency in Ghostconvey, Lexis, Stordoc, and E4.
