We are seeking an experienced & organised factory manager to oversee operations within the woodworking, joinery & shopfitting industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
Managing Daily Factory Operations
Procurement of Raw Materials
Supervising Production Teams
Working on Joinery Software
Coordinating Workflow
Maintaining Quality Standards
Machinery Programming
Issuing of Project Programmes
Managing Installation Teams
Identifying & Resolving Production Challenges
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum of 10 years experince in the woodworking industry
Needs to be familiar with large scale machinery & production
