- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Minimum 10 years' management experience
- Minimum 10 year's experience within manufacturing, granite processing/mining or heavy industry
- Experience in managing production teams
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning & production optimisation
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the production team
- Plan and optimise the production activities
- Ensure preventative maintenance coordination & minimise equipment downtime
- Manage the export/local shipping logistics
- Monitor and control the production costs, procurement, stock control of stores, slabs and blocks
- Ensure strict quality control measure are in place
- Manage the HR function
- Ensure factory compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act
