Duties are to ensure that maintenance is carried out efficiently, to manage projects, to ensure high levels of plant efficiency, maximum production, minimal down time, and to ensure the health and safety of employees. To ensure that plant meets with environmental and energy requirements.Will be reporting to the factory Manager.
1.Manage factory engineering projects
2.Manage the factory maintenance and construction program
3.Manage the company assets of the factory site
4.Manage the factory safety program
5.Ensure that production and safety standards are in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
6.Ensure effective performance of subordinates and teams
7.Comply with the requirements of ISO and Quality management Systems.
Qualifications
GCC Factories, at least 6 years practical expereince in an industrial process plant, 5 years in leading a team, must have boiler operations knowledge. BSc Degree in Engineering - electrical or mechanical, Project Management, Diploma in Business Management.
Salary market related. Including medical aid, pension, 13th cheque and housing.
