- In this role, you will be at the heart of ensuring our facilities operate smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You will oversee maintenance programs, manage contractors, and lead projects that enhance our infrastructure. Your expertise will support our commitment to compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, while also driving operational improvements and managing budgets.
Duties
- Manage all hard and soft facilities services across multiple locations nationwide.
- Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
- Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure SLA and KPI compliance.
- Develop and control operational and capital expenditure budgets.
- Lead facilities improvement, refurbishment, and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
- Monitor asset performance and implement lifecycle management strategies.
- Conduct site inspections and travel nationally to support operational needs.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and senior management.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience as a Facilities Manager.
- Proven expertise in Facilities Management and Project Management.
- Strong budgeting, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience in operational planning, risk management, and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills.
